Pengaruh Modifikasi Positive Parenting Program terhadap Keterampilan Mindful Orang Tua dalam Pengasuhan Anak Usia Dini

Abstract
Sebanyak 3,73% balita diketahui mendapat pengasuhan tidak layak, berdasarkan keadaan ini pemerintah memberikan lima arahan kepada Kementerian KPPPA, salah satunya adalah meningkatkan peran ibu dan keluarga dalam pengasuhan anak. Pengasuhan negatif mengakibatkan berbagai masalah perilaku anak, bahkan mengganggu tumbuh kembangnya secara fisiologis. Peningkatkan kualitas pengasuhan perlu dilakukan dengan pembinaan dan keterampilan mindful orang tua melalui implementasi modifikasi Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi Triple P terhadap keterampilan mindful orang tua dalam pengasuhan anak usia dini di Desa Penyengat Olak Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan desain non equivalent pre-test dan post-test. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non acak terhadap 30 orang kelompok kontrol dan 30 orang kelompok intervensi. Skala yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data pre-test dan post-test adalah adaptasi skala Interpersonal Mindfulness in Parenting Scale (IM-P) dengan reliabilitas skala Cronbach alpha sebesar α=0.900. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil pre-test dan post-test setelah diberi tindakan yang berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan mindful orang tua.
