Intervensi Terapi Musik pada Anak Usia Dini dengan Gangguan Hiperaktif

Abstract
Musik telah banyak dipelajari mampu dalam mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis seseorang malalui penciptaan sebuah suasana tertentu. Siswa hiperaktif berpotensi mengalami gangguan belajar mengingat perhatiannya yang mudah berubah. Pemberian stimulasi diperlukan sejak dini untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat dan kondisi anak sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi musik pada anak hiperaktif usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest, dengan subjek sejumlah 10 siswa, berusia 4-6 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan angket perkembangan anak usia dini (4-6 tahun). Uji keabsahan data melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Selanjutnya dilakukan pula uji normalitas, uji paired sample T test, dan kategorisasi skala. Analisis data menggunakan Teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menggunakan paired sample t test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perubahan perilaku hiperaktif, sebeum dan sesudah dilakukan terapi musik. Dengan kata lain, melalui nilai t = 4.438 dan signifikansi sebesar p = 0.02<0.05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi musik memberikan pengaruh dalam perubahan perilaku anak hiperaktif.
