Peran Artificial Intelligence dalam Pengembangan Kompetensi Guru PAUD: Sebuah Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), terutama dalam kemampuan merancang pembelajaran, meningkatkan kreativitas mengajar, serta memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pendidikan. Rendahnya kesiapan guru, keterbatasan pelatihan, serta minimnya dukungan institusi menjadi tantangan dalam integrasi AI pada pembelajaran PAUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis peran AI dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru PAUD. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA melalui tahapan identification, screening, eligibility, dan inclusion. Sumber data diperoleh dari database Scopus, PubMed melalui Publish or Perish, dan SINTA pada rentang tahun 2021–2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan refleksi pedagogik, kreativitas guru, penyusunan modul ajar, evaluasi berbasis data, serta efektivitas pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan personal. Faktor pelatihan, kompetensi digital, dan dukungan institusi memengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi AI. Dengan demikian, AI berperan sebagai alat strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan kompetensi guru PAUD secara berkelanjutan di era digital.
