Analisis Sistematis Keterampilan Manajemen Risiko Guru PAUD dalam Mewujudkan Lingkungan Belajar Aman

Abstract

Keselamatan anak di lingkungan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini menjadi perhatian penting seiring meningkatnya kompleksitas risiko pembelajaran, permainan, kesehatan, dan kesiapsiagaan bencana di satuan pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara sistematis keterampilan manajemen risiko guru PAUD dalam mewujudkan lingkungan belajar aman melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020 melalui tahap identifikasi, screening, eligibility, dan inklusi. Proses pencarian artikel dilakukan menggunakan Publish or Perish berbasis Google Scholar pada periode Mei–Juni 2025. Analisis menggunakan teknik thematic synthesis serta visualisasi bibliometrik melalui VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lima domain utama keterampilan manajemen risiko guru PAUD, yaitu: (1) kemampuan mengidentifikasi risiko fisik, kesehatan, psikososial, dan lingkungan; (2) kemampuan melakukan penilaian risiko terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran dan bermain; (3) kemampuan menerapkan mitigasi risiko melalui pengawasan adaptif, pengaturan lingkungan belajar, dan pendidikan kebencanaan; (4) kemampuan komunikasi risiko dengan anak, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah; serta (5) kemampuan merespons situasi darurat secara cepat dan tepat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis berupa penguatan kerangka konseptual keterampilan guru sebagai risk manager di lingkungan PAUD serta kontribusi praktis sebagai dasar pengembangan pelatihan keselamatan dan kebijakan lingkungan belajar aman di satuan PAUD.
