Membentuk Kebiasaan Berkelanjutan: Tinjauan Strategi Pendidikan Lingkungan dan Perilaku Membuang Sampah pada Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Pendidikan lingkungan pada anak usia dini memegang peranan penting dalam menanamkan kebiasaan pengelolaan sampah yang bertanggung jawab sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas berbagai strategi pendidikan lingkungan dalam membentuk perilaku ramah lingkungan pada anak usia 4–6 tahun. Studi ini menggunakan metode tinjauan sistematis dengan pedoman PRISMA. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data ERIC dan Scopus, menghasilkan 7.680 artikel yang kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan tahun publikasi (2021–2025), ketersediaan teks lengkap, dan pengindeksan jurnal. Setelah melalui proses seleksi bertahap, diperoleh 11 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan seperti pembelajaran digital, proyek berbasis lingkungan, aktivitas drama, dan keterlibatan orang tua secara efektif meningkatkan kesadaran serta kepedulian lingkungan pada anak. Anak-anak yang mengikuti program pendidikan lingkungan menunjukkan peningkatan empati terhadap alam, sikap positif terhadap keberlanjutan, dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pengelolaan sampah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya intervensi pendidikan lingkungan sejak dini sebagai langkah strategis dalam membentuk kebiasaan berkelanjutan pada generasi mendatang. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menyediakan landasan teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan program pendidikan lingkungan yang lebih efektif dan terintegrasi pada pendidikan anak usia dini.
